Watching the River Run - There's nothing more peaceful than floating down the river on a warm fall day, enjoying the scenery.


Tom leads the pack leaving the Ichetucknee headwaters. Seems he knows every bend in the river--you won't get lost following him!	Paul and Danny head off in the red inflatable for parts unknown--they'll be spending the rest of the day underwater, but we can get them to surface when we holler "LUNCH!"

We all make a stop at the rope swing on the Ichetucknee--after paddling a long ways, it's a lot of fun to swing out on the rope and drop in the icy cold water.	Beth looks on in horror as Suz does the Tarzan trick on the rope---and misses. If you don't let go of the rope in time, you'll do a big body slam into a nearby cypress tree. OUCH!

The deep dark caves along the river--how much ya wanna bet if there are alligators in these waters, this is where they spend some time?	Tom and Kirsten navigating the lower Ichetucknee headwaters.

	A moment to reflect by the still mist rising from the cypress swamp. There's so much beauty here everywhere you turn; it's a magical place that will touch your soul. It's hard to say goodbye and trek back to civilization.
